Lead Associate of Client Service

Barb joined Wealth Impact Advisors in 2015 as the Lead Associate of Client Service and services client accounts on both the insurance and investment divisions. Barb is the liaison between Wealth Impact Advisors and the many carriers and providers the firm works with. She continually advocates for clients when issues arise and works to quickly resolve them. Barb’s number one priority is to ensure that each client feels confident, comfortable, and happy with their Wealth Impact Advisors experience.

Prior to joining Wealth Impact Advisors, Barb graduated from The University of Akron with a degree in IT Networking and served as a Client Service Associate at an SEC Registered Investment Advisor in Chagrin Falls.

Barb currently resides in Brunswick Hills, not Brunswick, and loves to tend to her acreage and garden in her spare time. She is an excellent baker and cook, and often surprises the Wealth Impact Advisors team with home baked goodies and meals. Barb has a daughter, a granddaughter and recently welcomed a great-grandson into the family in 2022. She and her daughter Kelly love to travel to visit her granddaughter and great-grandson, watching him grow with each visit.
